The Testing Laboratory of “Suu” JSC has fulfilled the requirements of the MNS ISO/IEC 17025:2018 standard and received its renewed accreditation certificate valid for four years, issued by the Director of the National Accreditation Center on December 30, 2022, under order number A/170.
Since 2000, the Testing Laboratory has confirmed for the 10th time that it meets international standards.
This laboratory performs quality and hygiene control, chemical, and microbiological testing throughout all processes—from raw material receipt to finished product.
About “Suu” JSC
As Mongolia’s oldest manufacturer, “Suu” JSC was originally established in 1958 with a processing capacity of 30 tons of milk per day to supply the capital city with milk and dairy products. Today, the company employs over 500 staff, processes 130–180 tons of milk and dairy products daily, and produces more than 70 product types distributed across 4,000 retail points.
The company collects milk year-round from more than 2,500 herders and farmers in over 30 directions across Ulaanbaatar city and the provinces of Tuv, Darkhan, Selenge, Orkhon, and Khentii. Since 2021, Suu JSC has been implementing a herders’ cooperative program, establishing 12 cooperatives to date, with plans to establish 10–13 more in 2023.
Additionally, in 2015, the company founded the “Max Agro” intensive livestock farm, leading the sector in this field.
